Ladue takes five of six trophies at MPAT
Ladue swept the Missouri Percussion Arts Trophy Competition Saturday in claiming five of the six trophies awarded at this annual competition.
In the high school timpani division, Miles Kim, Jacob Cytron and Ian Pallares took first, second and third places respectfully while Miles Kim and Audrey Wang claimed second and third place in the high school marimba division.
Fifty collegiate and high school performers arrived from around the country to compete in this prestigious event held annually at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon, Missouri. Ladue is the first school to take five trophies in the competition since its inception a decade ago.
