In this episode of Ladue View we have three segments to share with you. Baseball, Life at Ladue, and Culture.
Senior Austin Coburn and Mate Daus traveled to Cooperstown, NY with the St. Louis Cardinals to cover their Fantasy Camp in our "Baseball" segment. "Life at Ladue" brings you stories of connections, from Senior Fiona Hayreh, mental health awareness, by Senior Alaina Helbig, the Ladue Cheer team, by Senior Kenneth Thomas, and a student's perspective of all Ladue has to offer, by Senior Jett Rifkin. The "Culture" segment covers a Ladue Bollywood Dancer, by Junior Lizzie Esther. And, the Japanese Festival held at the Missouri Botanical Gardens, by Senior Heather Van Well. |

Please help me congratulate our Broadcast Technology II-IV students who today were awarded a 4th place award for “Best in Show” in the National Scholastic Press Association’s spring national contest. This ties for the highest placement of our student TV show “Ladue View” in our history.

In this Broadcast Technology I edition of ladue View, first year broadcasting students show music is alive an well at Ladue, stories of culture, religion and family from our community are covered, and some hidden talents from people of all ages will be revealed.

Ladue View is our monthly 15-20 minute, high school produced television news magazine show. Students enrolled in the Broadcast Technology program at Ladue Horton Watkins High School, write, direct, film, edit and produce news features, entertainment stories, sports highlights, promotional advertisements, public service announcements and community projects on a monthly basis.
